Each trade exhibitor must be a GPC member and will receive one exhibitor badge. Multiple tables may be booked.
Trade tables will be allocated in order of receipt of the application form accompanied by full payment. All promotional material and aides are to be supplied by the participating exhibitor.
A floor plan will be distributed to confirmed exhibitors. The floor plan will be subject to change, and space will be allocated according to the order of registration. Banners are to be supplied by Exhibitors and size restrictions may apply. Positioning of banners is at the discretion of the Conference Managers.

NOTICE REGARDING CONFERENCE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
All GPC Dubai 2022 conference registrants staying at the conference venue hotel Intercontinental Hotel Festival City or one of its other on-site sister properties must book their accommodations via GPC's hotel room block. If you book your own accommodations at the conference venue outside of GPC's open hotel room block, we reserve the right to cancel your conference registration and refund your payment. This restriction does not apply to accommodations that are not associated with the conference venue or if GPC's hotel room block is sold out.
